We provide counselling, psychotherapy, CBT, REBT and ACT to adults, young people & children.
Our counsellors and psychotherapists offer time for people to talk about practical and emotional difficulties in times of personal or family vulnerability.
We previously worked with the CASSEL Centre, a charity based in Forest Hill, London which provided counselling, psychotherapy and social work services and a child contact centre in Lewisham Borough and surrounding areas for 29 years before closing permanently.
We provide counselling, psychotherapy, CBT and REBT placements to students.

Our people
Our services are provided by professionally trained and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, qualified practitioners who are undergoing further training or trainees on placement with us.
Our team is diverse and services can sometimes be provided in languages other than English. Currently we provide services in Arabic, Bulgarian, Hungarian and Turkish.
How our services are provided
Our services are currently provided by Zoom, face-to-face (depending on location) or telephone.
Working hours
8 am to 9 pm - Monday to Thursday inclusive
8 am to 6 pm - Friday
9 am to 5 pm - Saturday
Negotiable - Sunday
