Doctors, hospitals, social workers and other care-service staff often refer people to us. Perhaps your GP has suggested you contact us or maybe you are looking for a service independently.

Either way, the next step is to talk with a member of our referrals team. Referrals are handled at set times.

We evaluate each referral and suggest which of our services is appropriate, subject to the availability of staff and accomodation. In some cases we may direct you to alternative resources.

If it is not possible for you to talk at this time please call to let us know and we will try to make alternative arrangements.
