Before you visit us it is important to have a telephone discussion with a member of our referrals team and make an appointment to meet a suitable associate or staff member. Referrals are handled at set times.

Planning to visit the CASSEL Centre?

Casual visitors are discouraged and you will not normally be admitted without an appointment.The privacy of our visitors and the confidential nature of some of their problems is of great concern to us. Many of our discussions are sensitive and require a calm and peaceful atmosphere. We are open every weekday between 9am and 5pm for users of our free services. The low-cost, fee paying services are available between 8am and 9pm on weekdays. The Saturday School opens from 10am till 1pm on Saturdays. On arrival, ring the bell at the front door and ask for the person you've arranged to see
